This is a simple way to track your income and expenditure so you can easily do your accounts at the end of the financial year.  I have used this for my business for the last 15 years (but not the dog walking parts!) and it is a simple way of keeping track of your dog walking business income and expenditure.

It includes an income sheet with columns for services, grants and subsidies, interest, owner’s equity, sales of capital equipment and other income.

Also, it includes an expenditure sheet with columns cost of goods bought for resale or goods used, salary costs e.g.salaries or subcontractor costs, travel expenses, costs of business premises, e.g. heating, lighting, business rates, training courses related to your business, for example refresher courses, office costs e.g. stationery, phone bills, clothing expenses e.g. uniforms, advertising or marketing, e.g. website costs, financial costs e.g. insurance or bank charges, accountancy, legal and other professional fees.

I have also included a customer information sheet to hold your customer information.  Plus a day planner for your dog walking business to plan out your days.
